Brussels is the capital of Belgium. It is also known as the as the capital city of Europe. It is also home to many international organizations as the NATO, and the EU. Brussels is a city rich in art and history. One of the must see spiritual sights in Brussels is the Cathédrale des Sts Michel & Gudule also known as the St. Michael and Gudula Cathedral. The Cathedral took over 300 years to build and is one of the most amazing architectural sites in Brussels.
Getting around Brussels is quite an easy task. One can choose from many modes of transportation that is available. A bus card for 10 rides cost just about € 12. Another must do means of travel if one wish to sight see in Brussels is by bike.
If you wondered where you would be sleeping the night, have no fear. Brussels has lodging to suit everyone’s requirements and budget ranging from youth hostels, which cost a few Euros a night, to higher priced luxury hotels.
